Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which Nikos Trainer provides personal training, coaching, workshops, online programmes, hybrid coaching and related website services.

Please read these terms before purchasing or participating in a service. By making a booking, placing an order or using a paid coaching service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The exact content, duration, price, location and number of sessions are described on the relevant service, product or booking page.

Website information is provided for general education and does not constitute individual medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when making a booking, completing a questionnaire or creating an account.

Clients under 18 may participate only where the particular service is appropriate and a parent or legal guardian has provided any consent requested by Nikos Trainer. A parent or guardian may also need to attend an assessment or initial consultation.

Nikos Trainer may decline or postpone a service when it is not considered suitable or safe for the prospective client.

4. Consultations and assessments

A consultation or assessment may be required before coaching begins. Its purpose may include discussing your goals, training history, current activity, health considerations, injuries, availability and appropriate training options.

An assessment does not provide a medical diagnosis. If a concern is outside the professional scope of Nikos Trainer, you may be advised to seek guidance or clearance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Completing a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into a particular programme or coaching service.

5. Health information and client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about matters that could affect your participation, including:

  • Current or previous injuries

  • Medical conditions

  • Pain or unexplained symptoms

  • Medication that may affect exercise

  • Pregnancy or recent childbirth

  • Medical restrictions

  • Changes in your health or physical condition

You must inform Nikos Trainer promptly if this information changes.

You should stop exercising and notify Nikos Trainer if you experience unusual pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, severe shortness of breath or another concerning symptom.

Where appropriate, Nikos Trainer may request medical clearance before allowing you to begin or continue training. Failure to disclose relevant information may prevent the service from being delivered safely.

6. Exercise and participation risk

Physical training involves an inherent risk of fatigue, soreness, falls, strains, injury or aggravation of an existing condition.

Nikos Trainer will use professional judgement, reasonable care and appropriate progressions when providing coaching. However, no exercise programme can remove every risk.

You remain responsible for following instructions, using equipment appropriately, working within the agreed programme and communicating when an exercise feels unsuitable or causes concerning symptoms.

When training independently, you are responsible for choosing an appropriate environment, checking your equipment and stopping if conditions are unsafe.

7. Bookings

A booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation through the website, booking system or directly from Nikos Trainer.

Booking availability shown online may change. Nikos Trainer reserves the right to correct an obvious scheduling, availability or pricing error before providing the service.

You are responsible for checking:

  • The service selected

  • The date and time

  • The location or online meeting details

  • The number of sessions included

  • Any preparation instructions

You should arrive in sufficient time to begin your session as scheduled. Late arrival may reduce the available coaching time when extending the session would affect another booking or venue availability.

8. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

The price, session duration and inclusions shown on the relevant product or booking page form part of your purchase agreement.

Payment may be collected through WooCommerce, Stripe or another payment method displayed at checkout. Nikos Trainer does not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Some services require full payment before confirmation. Where an instalment, subscription or alternative arrangement is offered, its frequency and duration will be explained before purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that your billing and contact information is correct.

9. One-to-one personal training

Personal-training sessions are personal to the named client and may not be transferred to another person without prior agreement.

Your coaching plan may be adapted according to your progress, technique, readiness, attendance, available equipment and health information.

A particular exercise, training method or progression is not guaranteed. Nikos Trainer may replace or discontinue an exercise when there is a reasonable coaching or safety reason.

Purchased sessions must be used within any validity period clearly communicated before purchase or agreed in writing.

10. Focused and Advanced Workshops

Workshops may be delivered in small groups. Individual coaching is provided within the stated workshop format, duration and maximum group size.

Advanced Workshops refer to the depth and focus of the coaching. They do not necessarily require every participant to be an advanced lifter unless the product description states otherwise.

Participants must follow coaching instructions and behave in a manner that does not create an unreasonable risk or disrupt the experience of others.

For workshops containing more than one session, the purchase covers the number of sessions specified on the product page. Missing one part of a multi-session workshop does not automatically create a right to a replacement session or partial refund.

If Nikos Trainer cancels a workshop, affected participants will be offered an appropriate alternative date or refund for the service not provided.

11. Personalised Online Training Programmes

Online programmes are created using information supplied through consultations, assessments, questionnaires and client communication.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Reviewing exercise instructions

  • Asking when an instruction is unclear

  • Using suitable equipment and training space

  • Recording progress accurately

  • Reporting pain, injury or important changes

  • Training within your current ability

Programme delivery may take place through the Nikos Training System client account, a coaching platform, email or another method explained to you.

The programme may include planned sessions, exercises, sets, repetitions, training guidance and progress adjustments. It does not guarantee continuous live supervision during independent training.

12. Hybrid coaching

Hybrid coaching combines an online programme with one-to-one coaching sessions.

The online and in-person components work together but may have different booking, cancellation and rescheduling conditions. The relevant product information and Cancellation & Refund Policy apply to each component.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, an advertised in-person session price does not replace the cost of the online programme forming part of hybrid coaching.

13. Nutrition coaching

Nutrition coaching provides general education, behaviour support and guidance appropriate to Nikos Trainer’s qualifications.

It is not medical nutrition therapy and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a doctor or registered dietitian.

Clients with a diagnosed medical condition, eating disorder, complex dietary requirement or clinically prescribed diet may be referred to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

14. Communication and coaching support

The type and frequency of support included in a service will be explained on the relevant product page or during the consultation.

Unless expressly included, purchasing a programme does not provide unlimited or immediate messaging support.

Messages will normally be answered within a reasonable period, but an immediate response cannot be guaranteed. Website messaging, email, Telegram or other communication channels must not be used for medical emergencies.

15. Client accounts

You may need a website account to access programmes, orders, downloads or coaching information.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details confidential

  • Using accurate account information

  • Preventing unauthorised access

  • Notifying Nikos Trainer if you suspect account misuse

Programme access and account content are intended only for the registered client. You must not share access with another person.

Nikos Trainer may suspend an account where there is suspected misuse, a security risk, non-payment or a serious breach of these terms.

16. Client videos and submitted material

You may be invited to submit exercise videos, photographs, questionnaires or training records for coaching purposes.

You must only submit content that belongs to you or that you have permission to provide.

Client material will not be used publicly for advertising, testimonials or social media without separate permission. How personal information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.

17. Results

Training outcomes vary between individuals and depend on factors including attendance, consistency, health, recovery, nutrition, lifestyle, training history and adherence.

Nikos Trainer does not guarantee a particular amount of weight loss, muscle gain, strength improvement, performance result or completion date.

Progress examples, testimonials and educational material do not constitute a promise that another client will achieve the same outcome.

18. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, missed-session and refund arrangements are explained in the Cancellation & Refund Policy:

https://nikostrainer.com/cancellation-refund-policy/

The policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Any statutory cancellation or refund rights available under UK consumer law remain unaffected.

For services purchased online, you may have a legal cancellation period. Different rules or exceptions may apply where:

  • You ask for a service to begin during the cancellation period

  • A service has been fully performed

  • Personalised work has already started

  • Digital content has been supplied

  • A leisure-related service is booked for a particular date or period

Where legally required, Nikos Trainer will request your express agreement before beginning eligible services during a statutory cancellation period.

19. Changes to bookings or services

Nikos Trainer may need to change a session because of illness, emergency, venue closure, equipment failure, severe weather or another circumstance outside reasonable control.

Where possible, you will be notified promptly and offered a reasonable alternative.

Nikos Trainer may also make reasonable changes to a coaching programme, delivery platform or exercise selection where this does not materially reduce the service purchased.

20. Conduct and termination

Nikos Trainer may refuse, suspend or terminate coaching where a client:

  • Behaves abusively, threateningly or inappropriately

  • Creates a safety risk

  • Repeatedly ignores important safety instructions

  • Provides materially false health information

  • Misuses website or coaching-platform access

  • Copies or distributes protected programme material

  • Fails to make an agreed payment

Where a service is terminated, any refund will depend on the circumstances, the service already supplied and the client’s statutory rights.

21. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, training programmes, written guidance, exercise descriptions, graphics, downloads and educational materials created by Nikos Trainer remain the intellectual property of Nikos Trainer.

Purchasing a service gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the supplied material for your own training.

You must not copy, publish, sell, license, distribute, upload or use the material to coach another person without prior written permission.

22. Website information and availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep website information accurate and available. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Nikos Trainer may update, correct, remove or temporarily suspend website content where necessary.

Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. Nikos Trainer is not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices.

23. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Nikos Trainer is responsible for providing purchased services with reasonable care and skill.

Nikos Trainer will not be responsible for loss or injury caused by:

  • Materially inaccurate or withheld client information

  • Failure to follow reasonable coaching or safety instructions

  • Unsafe equipment or surroundings outside Nikos Trainer’s control

  • Independent changes made to a programme without consultation

  • Events that could not reasonably have been predicted or prevented

These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

24. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy:

https://nikostrainer.com/privacy-policy/

Health information may be requested where necessary to assess exercise suitability and provide safer, more appropriate coaching.

25. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact:

Nikolaos Moumouris
Email: nikosmoumou@gmail.com
Telephone: 07918 188442

Please provide your name, relevant booking or order details and a clear description of the issue.

Nikos Trainer will review the complaint and aim to respond within a reasonable period.

26. Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated to reflect changes in services, website functionality, business practices or legal requirements.

The version applying to a purchase will normally be the version made available when the order or booking was placed. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.

27. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the law that applies to you.

The Scottish courts will have jurisdiction, without removing any right a consumer may have to bring proceedings in another applicable UK court.
