A Professional Introduction to Personal Training
A complete coaching introduction designed to assess your movement, improve your training and give you a clear direction from day one.

Approximately 90 minutes
Session 1: Assessment & First Training Session
We begin with a full consultation covering your goals, training history, movement patterns and any limitations.
Then we move directly into your first coaching session so you experience hands‑on guidance and technique correction from day one.
60 minutes
Session 2: Technique & Training Progression
We build on the first session with progressively structured training based on how your body moved and responded.
Technique improves, confidence increases and your training direction becomes clearer.

Session 3:
Final Session & Training Direction
By the final session, we have a clear picture of how you move, train and respond to exercise.
We finish with a practical direction for continuing your training safely and effectively

Your starter pack is delivered by a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach with 30 years of experience across strength training, physique coaching and movement correction.
Before coaching in Scotland, I graduated as a Physical Education and Sport Science teacher from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and coached athletes and general population clients across two countries for three decades.
