I have been coaching since the age of 25, in Greece and in Edinburgh.
For over 30 years, I have worked with people who want more than just workouts. They want strength, pain free movement, and real physical change.

 

Most people I work with are not beginners.
They have trained, followed programmes, watched videos, and something still does not work.

 

 

Posture breaks down.

 

The lower back tightens.

 

Strength stalls.

 

Progress slows.

Most trainers separate things: posture, strength, fat loss.

I do not.

 

 

Posture is the foundation.

 

Strength and performance are built on top of it.
