Hello, I have been a sports coach for 35 years. I am certified with a level 4 strength and conditioning certification, a level 3 personal trainer certification, and a UEFA B football coach certification.
I studied Physical Education and Sport Science at Athens University, specializing in the sport of track and field running. Also, I have multiple master’s degrees in various areas of fitness.

Individual approach to each client is my job, in addition to training programs, I offer  nutrition advice to ensure better results.

I’m passionate about everything related to health, well-being, sport and exercise.

Where

I’m currently employed as a personal trainer at PureGym Exchange Centre, which is conveniently situated on Exchange Crescent, off Lothian Road, behind the Sheraton Hotel. I have chosen this facility as my base because it is one of the largest and most advanced gyms in Edinburgh. Additionally, I provide online coaching through a professional application, while also being a coach for OurParks at Saughton Park. Finally, I train a limited number of clients at their homes.
